Consumer Rights

At Alpsnature, we operate in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable within the European Union. As a customer, you are entitled to the following rights:

1. Right of Information

Consumers have the right to receive clear, accurate and transparent information about products, prices, conditions of sale, delivery times and return policies before completing a purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

In accordance with EU regulations, consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any justification.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be accepted for return unless the product is defective or there is an error in the order.

3. Right to Refund

If a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they are entitled to a refund of the product cost within a reasonable period once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs may or may not be refunded depending on the legal framework and company policy.

4. Right to Safe Products

Consumers have the right to receive products that comply with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
All Alpsnature products follow applicable European legislation for food supplements and are registered in their respective markets.

5. Right to Complaint and Resolution

Consumers can submit a complaint if:

  • the product arrives damaged,

  • the wrong product is delivered,

  • the product does not match the description provided.

Alpsnature will review each case and provide a solution, which may include replacement, refund or other legally compliant remedies.

6. Right to Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Consumers have the right to access, correct or request the deletion of their personal information.

7. Right to Fair Commercial Practices

Consumers are protected against misleading advertising, false claims or unfair commercial behavior.
Alpsnature provides information based on traditional use, published research and regulatory guidelines, avoiding unapproved health claims.
