1. Shipping Costs

Spain (Mainland)

Free shipping for orders over €39.

Orders below €25: €3.95

Orders between €25 and €40: €2.95

International Shipping

Free shipping for orders over €50.

Orders below €25: €4.95

Orders between €25 and €50: €3.95

Balearic Islands & Canary Islands

International shipping rates apply.

All shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.


2. Shipping Providers

To guarantee the best service, we collaborate with trusted shipping partners:

•  Spain: Correos Express

•  International: GLS

If you prefer a specific carrier or have special delivery requirements, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


3. Order Handling & Delivery Times

Spain

•  Orders placed before 17:00 (5 PM) are dispatched the same day.

•  Estimated delivery time: 24 hours.

International

•  Estimated delivery time: 48–72 hours, depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to conditions beyond our control (weather, customs, logistics operations, etc.).
ALPS NATURE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier unless the delay exceeds 96 hours from the date of dispatch.


4. Order Reception & Incident Procedure

We recommend all customers to carefully inspect their package upon delivery.

If the package is visibly damaged

•  Do not accept the parcel.

•  Inform the courier and notify us immediately so we can open a claim with the carrier.

If the package is accepted but contains an issue

(contact us within 24–48 hours)

•  Wrong item

•  Missing item

•  Damaged contents

Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and its contents. This allows us to process the claim quickly and resend or refund the affected items.
